Just purchased a ln106 Hilux, 2.8td. Clutch seems to be very odd compared to other 106s I’ve driven, but unsure what the issue is or just a super hd clutch?
clutch is quite stiff and grabs almost instantly when letting the clutch out a tiny bit. Almost impossible to slowly creep forward without constant shaking and very shudders even with gas. And reverse seemed to have a bit of a crunch. Even had one occasion when driving home where I could not select a single gear?? Doesn’t seem to be slipping at all though, is the clutch toast? Time for a new one and machine on the fly wheel? Any ideas or pointers would be helpful only owned the vehicle for a couple days so quite unsure
