stanage bay is at end of about 100km dirt and corrugation but is 2wheel drive road.  when you come into town look for fire station on left. just after is dirt track running off to right( before you get to left bend).  put into 4wd and follow your nose down to beach.  low range needed to get up and down but well worth.  good level campsite on beach.  we were there for a week and had the whole bay to ourselves.  millions of fresh oysters at low tide.  shop, fuel, grog, tyre repair, boatramp etc in town, about 5 minutes.
