Has anyone heard anything or have feedback about this brand of spotlight / light bars?

No experience with them, but they look the same as dozens of other relatively cheap lights out of China.

Using the word Zombie turns me off- as they are obviously putting more effort into marketing than they are putting into engineering and design.

Yeah, I would treat the phrase "designed here" with some caution - they likely just specify wiring sizes and maybe LED brands.
Have a look on Evilbay and you'll find lots and lots of identical (or very close) driving lights marketed under a heap of different brand names.
