Washing underbody by flooding at boat ramp

Brake fluid is water based, so I wouldnt panic about water getting into the lines.
Ignore the other comments. Washing the dust off the clutch and brake pads will ensure they are as sparkly as the inside of the chassis rails.

Where is the OP?
If a legit post/query(?), rather than dunking the vehicle in brackish water at the boat ramp to clean, I'd recommend careful use of fresh water with a pressure cleaner.
If dropping it in salt water regularly I'd be giving the underside and chassis a good (and regular) dose of fishoil (or similar) and fresh water clean after every dip in the salty stuff.

Not water based, but hygroscopic. Adsorbing water is a bad thing as when the brakes get hot the adsorbed water boils and the brakes get really spongy, or corrode internally over time.

I gather your washing salt, mud off at a freshwater boat ramp, that now has mud on it someone can slip on not a good idea.
