Victorian desert trek

The pictures i am putting up for viewing, are from a trek my mate and our families done through the sunshine country and the big desert into wyperfeld national park. The trip took us all 10 days to complete with sight seeing, camping, time for the kids to run around, and to find a few snakes.
Fuel wise, for my vehicle alone being a 3L turbo deisel hilux, round trip from was about $650, including the ride home to Albury NSW. My mates Nissan Patrol 4L turbo diesel went through around $800 worth of diesel.

My next trip is in April this year, going from Albury to Colac Colac accross Wabba wilderness park, coming into the back of Mount Benambra across to Bucheen Creek through to Bullioh and then back home to Albury.

Hope you enjoy some of the pictures, from our desert trip.
