Vic High Country - More Cobberas, fallen trees and the search for mines

This part of our trip, the rest of our cars tackle the Cobberas climb, one finds it harder than the other. We stop for lunch in a clearing along Cobberas. The plan changes at lunch and we head off in search of some ‘abandoned’ mines. Along the route we clear two fallen trees and make it to one of the mines.

Great job once again, beautifully shot and edited. Can't wait for part 3...!
Thanks for the feedback. Part three will be interesting viewing, we came across an enormous fallen tree and built a bridge over it. The things we do....

It's a great area for us because it isn't too far from Canberra. I hope to get over to the Mackillops bridge area and St Joan s staircase area at some stage.

Yeah mate how many hours are you away...I've done a little bit of the area but would like to spend a good month exploring as many tracks as possible....

Cheers

A month would be unreal! We are in Canberra. About 2hrs to Jindabyne, then it is either down Barry Way towards Ingeegoodbee area, or continue up past Thredbo to Tom Groggin.
