I have a Garmin Nuvi 760 and mapsource to download tracks to my computor. Is there some way of converting the tracks from garmins files so I can use them with Ozi?

bpmpbp, You can plug your Garmin Nuvi 760 into your PC and load the tracks directly to and from OziExplorer. There is no need to convert them.

I have tried various configuration setings with the USB setup in ozi but cant seem to get the two to talk to each other.I get an error of unable to locate com port,or to that effect. I have changed the com port number but it doesn't seem to help. Is there a step I am missing?

In the configuration of OziExplorer have you selected the appropriate GPS?

Thanks for the tip. It helps if I have the latest version of Ozi. Did an update and hey presto,it has the Nuvi option.
