Problem is usually by the time i get some made large trays are pretty much all sold already or gone within the first couple of days. It's got out of control how many people have bought them considering its really this forum that started it all. I've probably made over 300 trays in that time and changed the way i've gone about it along the way.
Biggest issue for me is the time involved from start to finish i can make 4 trays in an hour (thats after they've been lasercut) this seems pretty good until you have 50 trays to make at once so its usually 2 or 3 late nights after work usually 4 hours and then a good part of my saturday.

I suppose what i'm getting at is It takes me a long time to get batches made. As much as i'd like to and want to have them in stock ready to go whenever someone asks its just not feasable for me at the moment. I'm about to go on holidays for a few weeks with my family and when i get back i'll be working on another batch i have ordered material already and hoping i can get them cut and bent whilst I'm away and that'll save me some time.

So if you're interested just let me know here via this thread or private message and i will let you know as soon as they're ready to go.

As far as dimensions go there is 2 main sizes

For the Marine and 24v oven: 265mm x 265mm x 43mm in height

For The Small 12v Oven: 265mm x 175mm x 43mm in Height.

I've also made some full height single trays these require 1 wire race to be left in bottom.

For Marine oven these are 265mm x 250mm x 80mm high.

For Small oven these are 265mm x 160mm x 80mm in height

G'day Guys and Gals,

Anyway i got back from my 3 week holiday on 13th of May. since then i made 80 trays and sold the last 6 large this morning. Once again I've been swamped with people chasing these trays.
I have an order for 20 Trays Going to a 4wd shop so there will be 12 available very shortly these will be large only. I will send you guys a PM on here and let you know price and details etc and when they will be ready.
Hopefully it'll be before the long weekend as i'm going away.

Peter John the roadchef is a knock off Travel Buddy but i have heard the oven door is different. I'm not sure if my trays fit in the oven but they should do. I'll email you and see what we can work out.

Hey Rory,
I would love to buy 2x trays to suit my marine travel buddy oven, and 1 deep tray if you are still making them. I assume the deep tray would be better for a roast?

Now in regards to tray situation. As i said above i finished a run for a 4wd shop there were a few extras a couple people got them if you missed out i'm sorry please contact me again.
Currently there is more ready to go out on the 24th or 25th of june. there is 46 large trays, 10 full height and 6 small trays available.

Anyone on here who gets back to me before the end of the week i can garauntee that you will get some of this run. It's a normal case that words been going around on facebook groups and I have had maybe 30 or 40 people contact me in the last 2 weeks like 2 or 3 people a day. So as usual i'm behind the 8 ball and by the time these are ready to ship they will be mostly sold.

I just don't have the time to keep up the orders. I mean i like 4wding and camping as much as everyone so i need some weekends off work too.
