Track download problem

Tried to download a track, the browser says it done, but I cant find the file. System also says ive downloaded the file when I try it again.

Any suggestions

you may need to find the file name and do a search for it. Chances are you have your downloads default to one folder. Often that may be called 'temp', 'downloads' or it may have been simply placed on the desktop. It could also be in your 'documents' folder, you really just need to remember at-least the file extension and search the system for it.

Lets know how you went.

thanks for you reply. i dont get to see the usual download screen where u get to see the name of the file or where you get to save it

Just go through the motions again, stopping short of the download & paying particular attention to the file name & extension.

If you know the name of the file do a windows search for it.

Start/Search/For files or folders -> Once this window opens do an advanced search and specify the name your looking for.
