Hi all
I am planning a trip to the Flinders Ranges from Qld and will be towing an Outback Jayco Hawk. Can anyone tell me the general track conditions and would it be suitable to tow from Windorah, past Haddons Cnr, down into Innamincka (via the QLD side of the border), then down the Bore Track to Cameron Cnr?

My opinion, leave the Jayco home! I have an Outback Jayco Hawk as well and I certainly wouldn't take it out there. The dust ingress would be a problem as well as corrugations that would shake it to bits. They are really only built for a little offroad work at slow speed.

I have towed the Jayco across the Gibb River Rd and up to Cape Leveque in Western Aust. Although the dust & corregations were there I didn't think they proved to much in the way of problems. my concern is what the tracks are,be it sand or other and fuel consumption if it is sand.
