the CV is fixed, it only broke because it has done nearly 300000k's, so it was just worn. that is what Australian CV's said anyway. It didn't help that it was on full compression and full lock either.

Technically it still broke and a breakage is a breakage. You have too give Frosty that one.

true, but atleast all the tyres stayed on the rims

That's actually not the tyres fault and has'nt happened in ages. The stauns were at fault, or the the fact they had'nt been cleaned for ages. (my bad!!:rolleyes:) The last time it happened, I'm surprised the rear diff is still under the truck!!:eek::eek::eek:

Are you talking about Yobbo's trender little pull sideways in the mud hole. If so, I surprised it wasn't like the Jeep recovery in the creek. Many parts made heaps of noise from where I was standing

ive seen that happen many times to that model jeep, terrible front end. Makes match sticks look tuff.

yeah it shits ya when something like that happens, its the little things that turn around and bite you in the ass.
