Sticking Throttle

Has one had a sticking throttle issue before? Mine is a 1HD-FTE with 5 speed auto and recently the thottle some times gets stuck on full and doesnt seem to be the peddle getting stuck I think it must be the unit in the engine bay maybe the one that puts the idle up or adjusts the throttle for cruise control.

Have you had a look on LCOOL or ih8mud?

Did a search at LCOOL but nothing. Im away at the moment but when I get back its due for a full service and I'll get them to check it out then

Wouldn't think it would be idle up as that's only a partial increase in revs really.
Might be a throttle position sensor or similar I'm guessing.
