Yeah im good to go here! About the blokes with the kitted out rigs, Kenny (my rig)isnt game for the ultra hard stuff but he can hold his own now with the recent mods, i just want to take it easy and relax on some challenging tracks...no rock ledge climbing for me (spent to much $ to cause a mischief doing somethin stupid).About the accom , ill take my tent and put me swag in it ...its gonna be bloody cold, haha.

Hey guys I'm up in the snowies in nsw wales but have done a few kms on the snow ... you really gotta watch the weather out there ..... fresh snow is no dramas and shouldn't get too many in trouble but Ice is another ball game and may have you pullin out the chains .Thing is the weather changes FAST up here in winter and what is fresh snow now can be bulletproof in a matter of hours .The sun and wind also comes into play and will often render one side of a mountain a totally different to the other which I've found is worth remembering.

If you are sleeping in a tent a rated sleepingbag ( at least -5) is a must but a hut is the go if ya find one just replace the wood .
