Oddly, being made redundant may assist in us getting there this year.
Would love to give Bob a run on the "sightseeing" track to get an idea of capabilities.

No way know he's going through any of the creekbeds though!
Great to hear your a good possibility Dave, shame it took redundancy to enable that tho mate.
Let me know when you can confirm mate.

G’day Brian, you can upgrade me to the definates list please mate. Can’t tell you numbers at this stage though..
Hey Brian, any idea what time we can get on the property on the Friday?
G'day Andrew, Glad to hear you can make it mate, and looking forward to catching up as has been a while.
Friday evening is earliest at this stage but will contact owner and see when gates can be unlocked to allow earlier access. Arriving earlier Friday may incure additional fees as Friday evening is only $10 extra.

Yeehaar, wouldn't be a creekbed run without ya there Gav, good to have ya on board mate.
Will be a tad warmer than usual, but will still be fun;).
Yeah, it has been a while between trips, so I'm looking forward to getting out there again!

On a side note, do we need to bring wood with us again this trip?

Finally after weeks in the workshop, thanks AMV for a second to none dedication, customer service and persistence, I now have a car with awesome brakes and no oil leaks we can now bring the old girl and do the creek beds. Was a bit touch and go for a while with the trip getting so close and not much shake down time after doing so much work to it.
Can't wait to tackle some rock crawling fun:)

But now what will the bloke that was supposed to go ahead of you with drip trays supposed to do ????? Lol.
Seriously, good to hear, you will like the driving up there, a little different to the usual places you'd likely head to.

If I wasn't back in Brissy from this weekend for a month, I'd be going this year . . . that same weekend should be on a tropical island, so I'll be tinking of you all up there ingesting dust :D :D

If you can fit some in that would be great mate. I'm bringing a trailer load of pallets but they won't last that long so yeah would be handy mate.
Cheers.
