So as the croc swallowed the bait/lure and line does that mean that Daniel has now caught the croc as the line is still attached and the hook end in the croc's guts.

Not sure how that would work, targeting a legal species when a protected species comes along and eats it hook line and sinker.

The discussion is tongue in cheek - you cannot be prosecuted for accidentally catching something protected as long as you then treated the catch in an appropriate manner.

Yeahhhh. Right....
Things people do up north.
1. It wasn't a donkey. (A barra easily over 1m).
2. He wasn't winding/ reeling in at all. And i can assure you a big arse barra Will make you work for it.
3. As said already once you could see the barra it didn't seem to be moving.
4. The voice over, just maybe a little to much sarcasm.

So pretty sure the comments about the lure, croc bring hooked etc need not worry causes i bet there was any hook or lure...

But hey that just wat i think.
