I feel for you tink. My father was a copper for ever and only retired a couple of years ago. He may have known of him( haven't spoken yet, used to work at Lo wood) but I know the shit that they deal with, both the scum and picking up the pieces. And they don't get the money or praise they deserve.

I really don't think enough thought and compassion goes into respecting just how valuable police are and the risks they take just going to work to make life better for ever other person . I rate Police up there side by side with our defence only police risk there life more often and it saddens me to hear any fall . He made a difference . I wish the judges would . Take things easy Tink.
