replacing 2h with 12ht

I have an 87 Toyota Coaster that is having its 2h replaced with a 12ht. Apart from exhaust changes what other changes are needed for the conversion?

not sure about your vintage motor, but with the later 1HZ and 1HD motors, the flywheel, and clutch plates were different, i think the input shaft of the gearbox was too, but dont quote me on that one.
