Hey guys, new here. Got a jackaroo a few months ago, all is well until the clutch failed.

So getting a new clutch, and thus, a rear main seal, but it needs a special tool to get that seal in safely.

Going camping this weekend, and have 3 days to get the jack back on the road, so im asking, nay, begging, if anyone has a real main installation tool they can lend, or with themselves, (im happy to pay) help us install this royal pain in the ass seal. Its such a quick job, but without that special tool, my poor jack is in mid air surrounded by SAABs, and i dont want it to catch anything haha

It already needs new sleeve seals *grumble grumble*

I can pay in cash/beer/IT support (im a self employed business IT support specialist)

If anyone can help or point me in the right direction i would be forever grateful!
Thanks!

I strongly suggest you use only Isuzu genuine seal installer or you will doing the job again . They need to be pressed in square and fully supported or the seal buckle and it will leak . I have a friend in vic that had a cheap mechanic do it 3 times before he gave up and sent it to a Isuzu dealer and since then its done 100,000kms no leak

Yea thats the plan, to use the genuine one. I just dont know anyone who has one, hence the appeal online. Its 260 dollars to buy the installer, to probably never use it again. Still cheaper the getting it towed to a isuzu dealer though, that's if they even have one.

Buy the tool and ebay it . you will get $150 back easy for it . Paying 100 or so after selling the tool to get this seal in the first time with no leaks will be less headaches.
