Yes, there are bad apples on every side of political persuasion. If there are no consequences to what happened on January 6, then where will it stop? It will give any political side a carte blanche to overthrow democracy as we know it. The Republicans failed last time, now the Democrats are in power. I'm sure they've learned by now how to do a better job. Let's hope that it never comes to that.

You only need to look at policy changes that labor is going to the polls with compared to what they did last time to see they don’t stand by their grass roots convictions but will run with whatever is needed to get them in the hot seat for the gravy train
