and the Republicans spent the previous 8 years doing to Obama, the whole game of politics is a giant sh*tshow designed to divide and conquer the population.

Sorry. I did not realize that the Republicans tried to impeach Obama. And the Republicans tried to get him on collusion with Russia. ;).

I think it is pretty much common knowledge that the Republicans did all they could to hamper, hinder and get rid of Obama during his 8 years. My reading of the situation is the Democrats tried (likewise) to get rid of Trump, but failed. No probs, as Trump, by being Trump, ensured/made sure he'd only get one term. :)

Yep. Bet Americans can't wait till all the new laws and rules are brought out by the democrats.

About time, just like the new gender rules before Vic. Parliament .
Go, you great people who believe in it. About time the socialists took over and ran countries properly.

Roger, you do realise that the American Democratic party would make our Liberal party look like a bunch of communists?
Politics in America is far, far more to the right wing of the political spectrum than anything you will see in Australia.
And even in Australia, we don't have anything approaching "socialist" - it just seems that some people think that anything to the left of people like Trump is communism, which is a long way from the truth.

But, if right-wing politics means people like Trump who consistently ignore the truth, bend the facts to suit their will and are happy to incite violence and see their country burn rather than accept that he lost a free and fair election - then I would be happy to call myself a leftie.
