Has anyone had their vehicle GVM upgrade done at Pedders using their brand kit? Have you had any problems. Seriously looking at this kit and good or bad would like your comments

I don't have the GVM specifically but I use a lot of their gear on my cars including the full setup of my Amarok and it actually rides better at Highway speed than my stock setup did even with 400 kilo constant load real leafs. They also tend to use really nice large body shocks on vehicles where they can which usually means better dampening and better life due to less heat.

I can't help you with your specific query, as I went a mix of various manufacturers suspension components on my Colorado to gain a 30-40mm lift. Having said that I've used Pedders springs in a couple other vehicles and have always found their products and service great.

Had the 3505kg upgrade on my GU Patrol, prior to first rego. No problems other than the rides fairly harsh, but can’t have it all. I had to change mine to a 5 seater to comply with the upgrade conditions. The vehicle category also changed to NB1 which required larger side indicators to be fitted.

The upgrade also included welded rear Diff bracing and rear coil tower braces. The only problem with an upgrade like this, is you are basically stuck using the same suspension for the life of the vehicle if you want to stay legal and keep within the mod plate conditions.

I went with the Ultimate suspension pedders GVM combo and overall very happy on the LC76.
I did have one of the pedders shocks take a hit when I was visiting the VHC and had to get it replaced but that could have happened to any shock on the market.
