Hi there,
I did Peak Alone earlier this year. I was in my vehicle by myself, had no probs. To be honest I can't tell you about the others as I am not sure that if I did them or not. I went in from the Narooma side as opposed to the Cobargo end and used the South Coast State Forest map and there is also a local "Narooma and surrounds" map that I used. It has a blue border around it I think. Most of the roads were easy run forestry trails although some less used than others. I will see if I can get the name of some of the trails for you. Having said all that if it is wet you will want to have a think about going in by yourself as it could get very nasty very quick - clay based tracks and small creeks that can very quickly turn into torrents.
All in all I took about 3hrs to meander around and the view from the Fire tower is brilliant. I would love to do some more exploring around there and having in-laws living in Narooma provides a great base to explore from.
If you are into fishing there is a nice little spot around the back of the inlet that is just past the concrete wharf. Come in on the southern side of the "scenic drive" go past the wharf and about 100mts or so up the road there is an entrance off the main road. I caught a nice little flattie in there. Would be an excellent place to launch a kayak and explore the upper reaches of the inlet.
There used to be a great spot at the old Picnic area but the road has been graded and closed off these days
