Ozroo Tub Rack tall enough for awning?

G'day everyone,

Finally got a set of wheels in a 2014 Colroado LTZ storm and am tossing up ideas for a camping set up. A canopy would be good but they cost a shit ton new and I've seen that Ozroo tub racks are sometimes less than half the price. I'm 185cm and the ute is only 178cm tall (stock for now until i do a lift and tyres), so I was wondering with the full height tub rack would it be tall enough for the awning (XTM 270 degree one), and also can that kind of awning be mounted on one of those racks?
Just want to see what people know or if anyone has done a similar set up.

But why do you need a canopy to fit an awning??

I have rhino racks on the cab & the awning attaches to that.

Sorry yeah worded it kind of badly, I meant i could either have the tub racks, or I'd have to go a canopy and a roofrack and that's gonna cost more
