dunno if there's any vegetarians on here
but anyway here's my recipe

Vege Thai Stirfry

1 pack of Thai Tofu
1/4 pack country harvest chunky stirfry vegies
1 table spoon Hot sweet chilli sause
4 table spoons BBQ sause
approx 30 strands of spaghetti noodles
1 cup crushed walnuts
1 cup slided mushrooms

cook spaghetti noodles for 6-7 mins or until not quite soft
heat some oil in a deep pan or wok
throw in the vegies, let them defrost
then add BBQ & chilli sause
leave to simmer & chop thai tofu into thin stirfry strips
add the tofu & spaghetti noodles to vegies turn heat up to high & keep stiring for approx 5 mins add the mushrooms, walnuts & mix through 30-40 seconds b4 serving

makes enough for 2 adults & 2 children

Thanks OGJON, my wife is a vegetarian so she'll be happy to give this a go.

let us know how it goes.

I'm a Seventh Day Adventist so I myself mainly eat vegie meals
I'm not too fond of meat but I will eat meat If I'm out @ either a take away, restraunt or @ friens houses if they serve meat(but I won't touch anything with pig, sea food or any other meats that the Bible says are unclean)

Got some vege friends I don't take away with me much, as I can't really find food they'd enjoy. But this might help the friendship. Nice! - thanks for sharing OGJON.

well I've been in the Kitchen again  got another one for the vege's out there :D

really tasty party finger food

Pinwheels(will work with any mince meat too ;) )

1 can Sanitarium Nutmeat
500g of grated/shredded cheese
1 onion
mixed herbs
bbq sauce
chilli sauce
white vinigar
1/2 red capsicum
puff pastry

mash nutmeat
chop onion finely
chop capsicum finely

combine onion, mixed herbs, capsicum, a splash of vinegar, nutmeat & add just enough bbq & chilli sauce to make into a smooth paste.
mix cheese through.

lay out the puff pastry & spread the paste onto pastry, spreading out to 3 edges
leave a cm of pastry exposed on last edge.

roll pastry starting from edge opposite the exposed edge so it look like a big sausage roll

preheat oven to 180deg
spray a baking tray/s with cooking oil

cut pastry into 1cm strips & lay them flat on the tray so they look like wheels put them in the oven & cook for 15-20 mins or until lightly brown on top

you can either serve them hot or put them in the fridge & serve them cold.
