Hi all. Just getting in early to start organising our annual Christmas Celebration.
It has been decided after some talks with members that Turon is the place that best suits our style of celebrating events. It will be at The Diggings campground in Turon NP.

There has also been the suggestion of Coorongooba camp ground near Glen Davis.
Any other ideas out there?
The Diggings, Woolshed and Coorongooba are all nice areas big enough for us.

I think that when choosing a location we also need to keep in mind that it "could" be a late and noisy night so any place that charges will more than likely have restrictions on noise and also the size of our fire!!!

Yep I’m in sounds good! The campsite at Glen Davis we went too on the working bee trip (I can’t remember the name) would be a good spot too? Newnes is big and open but always gets pretty busy.
Mitch, do you mean the place we went on the Friday night (after dinner at the pub up near Kurrajong) of the 1st NSW Gathering.....my first exposure to Dickie's pyrotechnic inclings...

Nah was the Saturday night where we had that big open site. Where we had the raffles I think. I’m pretty sure it was Coorongooba now that I look at it on the map.

Just been for a drive into Coorongooba, only five caravans there, but was told there were 120 vehicles on the long weekend.
