It's like most trips particularly when there is a lot of water around we will have to see when it gets closer.Have you guys got a set itinerary as yet?
Makes things interesting. (What happened the the Planet drying out? It could do it till we get back from Vic!)Not sure if you guys have seen this? Apparently due to unseasonal wet conditions they are extending the road closures

Yeah Global Warming and all that, wettest out there I have seen for a while Outback SA & NSW Roads have been Opening & Closing more than a lady's legs at a Madams house.Makes things interesting. (What happened the the Planet drying out? It could do it till we get back from Vic!)![]()
At the risk of taking this thread OT and being chastisedThe whole Country is wet & grèen - spent two days recovering a Mate out of mud on the Connie Sue in July (I got bogged twice on the Gary).
Most of the tracks South of Omeo are OK & were not on a "Cooks" Tour.![]()
Any local knowledge suggestions for the guys route Ziggy?IIRC Tom Groggin is one of those that are always checked for opening only for the end of Nov.
Any case, I've been up north of Omeo as a PV volunteer clearing tracks and there's a lot of water around. Tree falls were fewer than we feared though.
