Been a while since a NSW event/meet up and as we get closer to Christmas everyone gets busier so the brains trust have decided to have a slightly early pre-christmas catch up. To make it easy for everyone we have decided to have the meet at Chapman Valley, located on the Putty Road about 2 hours from Sydney and a similar time from Gosford.

This is a private camp on private property and there is a small fee for camping. $10/adult/night but I've spoken to Jess (the owner/manager) and we should be able to work out a reasonable group deal. This covers use of the toilet and collection of bush wood.
The plan for Saturday is to do a day trip to Mt Yengo and possibly check out some Aboriginal carvings if there's time.
Those who prefer to hang around camp can go exploring the property, bushwalking or even book a horse ride (you need to do this well in advance as they book out).
If you want to arrive friday night that's fine. I think a few will be doing that. Otherwise make sure to get there by 8:30am on Saturday if you want to go on the day trip.

Here's a little map I made from our last visit there.
We will likely camp at Green Wattle but this will be confirmed at the venue. To get there basically follow the driveway passed the horse yards (to the right of the sheds), firewood, caravan/shack and pass through a small area of bush before popping out onto the grassed area.
Chapman Valley is dog friendly but it is a working cattle farm and horse riding centre. If your dog is not used to these animals please bring a lead. Also note that Mt Yengo is in National Park so no dogs allowed there.
