So just over 3 weeks to go..... woohoo. How many will be at Thredbo Diggings on the Friday night and how who intends doing the summit walk on the Saturday???? Just curious. really looking forward to this.

Ill meet you guys at Thredbo diggings on Friday but Ill pull out of the walk, instead ill fish the Thredbo River for the day (some nice smoked trout around the campfire sat night) and meet you blokes at Geehi.So just over 3 weeks to go..... woohoo. Sounds like a plan. Think i will drink beer and watch @Bomber2012 catch fish.Ill meet you guys at Thredbo diggings on Friday but Ill pull out of the walk instead ill fish the Thredbo River for the day (some nice smoked trout around the campfire sat night) and meet you blokes at Geehi.

I'm back from my 2 trips overseas and trip to melbourne in the last 3 weeks
I Know i only got home yesterday
Im just off camping for teh night before i leave on my next sydney and overseas trip tomorrow
see you tomorrow so you can drive me to the airport

Just spoke with Dargo pub to give them the heads up we will be their on tues 14/11 for the night with 27 4wds to make sure they staff accordingly.
Also booked a shared cabin for cabin me beau & some others.
They still have accommodation available if people want to ring up and book for yourselves.
If not and happy with camping behind the pub on the river i have sorted with them for our group so all good .
Getting excited can't wait.

This thread you just let us know that you are coming so where have an idea on how many we might have.

actually mate..... bring some wood for the Saturday night at Geehi.... we are still in NP then so will need wood.Trying hard to make it down for my first vic gathering (and been too many months without touching that small stubby stick)
I'm in the same boat as Mr Rum, leaving Syd on the 12th and trying to tee up with the main party, Will bring plenty of firewood as per usual
Road access back to sydney from O'Tooles isn't too bad aye? Gmaps says 8-9hrs back to sydney, that accurate? Aiming to leave for syd on sat 19th
Anyone else that is coming for the Friday at The Diggings and/or Saturday at Geehi if you could bring a bag or 2 of wood that would be awesome.
