Rusty Panels

I'm not going to do any hardcore bush bashing anymore. I just wanted something to improve approach angles, hang a winch off and prevent damage to some extent when idiots back into me in carparks. I avoid driving at night so roo's shouldn't be a major drama and I reckon it looks pretty good too.

Not an ideal situation, I heard that the GW utes has issues with getting parts too, sitting in a panel shop for 9 months waiting for a bonnet was one I was told about

What a crazy situation. 70% of all cars stolen in London are LR / RR due to poor security. . Most stolen vehicle and only 3 - 4% of the market.

Outside London, insurers are charging double to triple - 11,000 pounds or $20,000 a year, and the insurers insist that they are locked in a garage. IIf you live within London, Insurance companies won't even cover them.

But Land Rover warns to park them outside and away from your house because they are prone to catching on fire and taking the whole house with them..

Meanwhile, no one wants them, and you can get a few years old $250K vehicle for $50K

The solution is an old style steering wheel lock.

Land Rover - Most Awarded Stolen 4wd of the year.

That is interesting, I would of thought most modern vehicles with coded keys were reasonably safe. Also who is taking them joyriders or are they being parted out?

Perhaps the dealers stealing them for parts to repair customers cars :D
