Nice, my son just bought the V6 Sport, we recently did a trip to the West Coast of SA and then up through Googs, up to Oodnadatta and over to Clayton Station and it went really well, he is very happy with it so hopefully you are too.

only managed 20km in it, and for the next 6 months or so it is going to be harder than the old pathy as there is no kit in or on this one... but it is a nice place to sit

first camp at the end of the month which after 6 months with none is going to be bliss!

Finally got it in it and onto some dirt. Bit floaty on the loose stuff but that is because the suspension is geared up for the tray and canopy which ain't here yet.

What sort of canopy have you ordered?
1600 alloy tray and 1400 alloy canopy from Rock Solid down in Victoria...no fit out going in, as coming from a wagon where i built it all in to our specs and this one has 120% more space than that i am unsure yet how we will be using this one.

Nice. Have recently fitted a 1600 chassis mount alloy canopy. Just received the last of my electrical fitout order so will start that soon. I have ordered some custom drawers this time instead of building my own.
Good luck with your fitout. Always find it exciting doing the planning etc

That's gunna take some work more importantly, did you enjoy your trip, where did you go, how did the 4wd perform?
First trip out down to long plain for some trout action(or lack of) boys the Brindabellas. Auto took some getting used to coming from the manual pathy. But I managed to work out most of the tech or at least how to turn most of it off when it interfered.

Biggest gripe was all the controls on the touchscreen... Not something you can reach out and sort unless you are stopped or on bitumen.
The other was the manual gear box on the auto is two buttons where your thumb sits on the shifter, again means you can't really change up or down in manual mode without taking your eyes off the track or stopping(which isn't always an option)

Adelaide back to Canberra the scenic way via carpenters rocks and the ocean road.

Still waiting on the barwork and canopy which I am hoping will be the next month or so.

Still standard other than the wheels and arb suspension.
