Need help pricing 2012 Patrol (fully modded by ARB from New)

Hi guys
unfortunately I've been very sick lately and spending most of my time in and out of hospital.
I'm getting my wife to sell my car to help with bills.. but I don't want her to get ripped off.
Could I please get some help with what it is worth?
If this is in the wrong section, I'm sorry.

It is a 2012 Nissan Patrol GU 3L
195000km
ARB mods done from New
Steel front bar
Steel rear bar with tire holder
Air bag suspension rear
UHF
foxwing 180 awning
Engine chip
Rear draws outback
Cargo barrier
Built in air compressor
Redarc Dual Battery setup with inverter
Others as well

I just want to get a rough idea of it's worth
Before my wife sells it

Just have a look on carsales and see what comparative vehicles are being advertised for, a lot of people are asking stupid $$ to try and cash in so ignor the over the top prices and go the middle ground unless you want the sale to drag on for months and then drop the price anyway to off load it.
That being said if it is an exceptional example then go the top $$ and see what happens if your in no hurry
