I have recently moved back from overseas and haven't been camping "properly" in years.
I am looking for campsites or areas to check out within 5 hrs of cairns. preferably with good fishing (shore based/boat/kayak) and fairly secluded. I have a well set up 4x4 so access shouldn't be much of an issue. any suggestions would be appreciated.
Areas further away are of interest also; as I am starting to plan a big trip but looking at getting stuck into some shorter 3-4 day trips ASAP.
