    Hi everyone

Trying to make up my mind on whether to spend two days at Coward Springs or one day at Coward Springs and one day by Lake Eyre (heading towards Bopeechee).

    (1) Any suggest camping places on Lake Eyre South along Oodnadatta track?

    (2) Is bush camping allowed along the Oodnadatta track between Jacob Well and Fred Springs?

Muloorina Station is a beautiful place to stop in for a couple of nights.

Coward Springs while quite nice is nothing more than an overnight stopover. Spend a night somewhere else, as above... maybe Muloorina.

There's not much bush along the stretch of the Oodnadatta Track near the Lake Eyre viewing point, it's pretty barren. I can't recall if it's before or after Cowards Springs but one of the old train stations had some decent spots. The station itself was a way off the track through a bunch of trees. Honestly, out that way you just play it by ear and pull up where you are if you get caught short. Don't waste 2 days at Cowards Springs, try and time your arrival to the afternoon sometime and leave the next morning.
