K&n air filter to suit 4.2 gu 2004

Does anyone know if there is a filter for the 4.2L
any part numbers.
does anyone have one that has made a difference
in power levels and are they worth fitting.

Yes they do make one , have not made any investigation as to power, performance , wouldn't hang my hat on that just quietly, a good dynotune will be the only answer there .

Oil/foam are great if you are doing into wet areas but I still use paper out in the desert as you can blow clean the dust out a paper element a lot quicker than soak and reoil each day .

Both have their uses ! i think I still have the boxes at home, will get back to you on that .

K&N or Uni Fliter, both the same thing really. Bushnut is right, paper is the way to go on the dustier tracks.
