Recently there have been a number of posts on Earth suggesting that Daniel Andrews and his Government have been behaving like TV bone head characters.

I don't think that is a fair comparison.

On behalf of 4x4 Earth, I would like to extend an apology to The 3 Stooges, and Sergent Schults, Dumbo, and others. The suggestions are not fair to you all.

$330 capped price services from a Toyota dealer is not expensive is it?

capped price servicing at Toyota HA HA AH HA , do you really think they will do all that is listed for $330, to change the seats on the injectors, is around a 5to6hr job required every 40,000km tappet adjustment at 80,000km will be longer (Toyota have already been caught with their pants down over this with the 120 series

Yep its $330 for an apprentice to change the oil, when I worked for Telstra and had one of there vans I took it to Toyota for a service and waited while it was done, I also kept an eye on the car and the workers. Lets just say if I owned a Totata it would not go to a dealer for a service, it was a joke what they did and what they put on the paper work

What about other brands that do free services for the first X amount of years they must do even less
The dealers are subsidised by the manufacturer when they offer those sort of deals and it has nothing to do with the quality of the work performed

Dealers in general all do a poor job of servicing vehicles

All dealers are crap as far as servicing goes, thats why anyone who chooses a brand because of a fixed price servicing deal is kind of missing the point of car ownership IMO ( unless it is nothing more than a mode of transport )
