Installing Roadsafe front recovery points on a 2012 BT-50 with an ARB Deluxe Bullbar

Has anyone done this before? they're suppose to be compatible with each other.

I just cant find a hole in the chassis rails big enough to put the nuts through

So if I dont put the nuts inside the chassis rail what are the bolts going to thread in to? come on mate...



I understand the instructions.. it's just the fact that they don't fit through any holes in the chassis rail that are close enough to hold on to the wire..

I would not be surprised if the nuts on the fishing wire have to go in through the front of the chassis rail

Tried that, but the wire that's attached to the nut is about a foot too short to actually reach the bolt holes

I was under the impression ARB bull bars were a no go for Roadsafe and Uneek recovery points on the 1st gen BT50s upto 2012 like the PX1.

Tried that, but the wire that's attached to the nut is about a foot too short to actually reach the bolt holes

Attach another piece of wire to the existing wire to make it longer.

are the wires still attached to the nuts? can you trace them to the hole the installer used?

Sorry for the late reply. I couldn't get a good photo, but it appears that the wires are still attached on the inboard side.
