Hi all
Michael and Sue here, we have an 80 series and a Pathfinder, stumbled across the site while researching a Tassie trip for Chrissie, on the boat on the 29th and back in Melbourne on the 8th.
We want to do the west really and then shhot over to Hobart to see friends.
Any advice on what not to miss would be appreciated.

Hi guys, welcome to the site,Im'e new as well and have found it a really good place to get advice and freindly to,dont know much on tassie but want to do the trip myself oneday,so good luck1:):)

Hi guys and thanks for the welcome.
Definately off to Tassie late December so will post a few pics and words.
We are going by ourselves so won't be getting up to anything too serious more a fun cruisey trip.

we will be on the same boat as u as we are getting the boat on the 29th of dec and also going solo... would be good to meet up and do some tracks together:) (cant really do any hard ones by yourself but if u guys want we can do a few together...) im going down for a bit of touring/4wding/site seeing...

Sounds like a plan, we are going to spend most of the time in the NW but ending up in Hobart, I like to keep pretty loose plan wise, more of a touring holiday than hard core but we would love to have a chat.
