It's a 5 month settlement so that gives Bruce plenty of time sort out his garage & to look for our house, with the market going down it's to our benefit to buy when the time comes around

Its still there Rossco but I think after the fires this time we are going to look a bit more to the area we want. The masion was just across the road from a forest and I think Elise has finaly had enough scares and evac's up around that area.
