Holden Jackaroo 3.2 petrol, 1994

Good Points
picked it up for 3k, much more reliable than my last 2 cars... lol

Bad Points
loves fuel... lol 400-500k's per tank

What mods have you done?
made a rod holder from scratch, and a wind deflector for the roof rack

What mods are on the list to do?
bigger tires, replace suspension, roof console, rear storage unit, bigger + more spotties.... the usual... lol

Why did you buy this vehicle?
because my old car was a piece of crap... lol

How often do you go offroad?
been once so far but plans for many more

What will your next vehicle be?
maybe a 98 patrol TD.... if i can get the $$

HI there,
I have a 2000 Jackaroo and I love it. Shes thirsty though 15 lt/ 100km

Completely stock apart from BFG AT tyres and I can tell you that on more than a few occasions I have been able to continue where a Modified Partol couldnt -it could have been the line, could have been the driver, but its also lighter and a little narrower to which definately help on one occasion.
Good to see you getting up on the stump there.

yeah im gonna get some nice chunky rubber soon, maxxis bighornes would be nice but i might go the next ones down... gonna get them on my 15" spare rims, so i can get more "roady" tyres for day to day driving on my 16's...
