In my opinion it would be worth considering replacing all the usual stuff that wears out in the front suspension ball joints, bushes etc as they will be under a lot more strain especially with wider tyres now, also a good idea to get wheel bearings checked or replaced. It may sound over the top to some but if you start with everything in good condition you will have less chance of getting a failure out in the bush. Also some better brake pads some time all round to help with stopping power as it won't be as good.
Don't forget to check your speed with a gps after the tyres are fitted the speedo will be out.

Generally it takes a 3" lift (with a diff drop), p10 to p0 offset wheels to clear everything, take off the front mudguards and maybe chop the body mount. Some guys get away with it with a 2" lift and thats it, some need the 3", body mount chop and aftermarket UCA's to clear everything.
