hey all, umm im 22, don't judge by my age, but i was (financial crises made me redundant) a Geological surveyor, i traveled all threw-out WA and SA, driving a 70series cruiser, there were no tracks and support, just myself another bloke and the 4tyres, i have been threw sand, mud, flooding s and just nothingness, if there is a tree in the way ram it till it drops, the cruiser had split rims so we repairs tires our self, over all we were lucky only 2 fuel lines split one damaged one solenoid. the boss didn't believe in winches, just high lift jacks and snap straps shovels and elbow grease.

I recently purchased a 1996 Pagero, not as much grunt as the 70 series cruiser, but hopefully will let me have a bit of fun.

haven't done any mods yet on it, just the basic recovery gear from my first 4x4 (1982 Holden jackaroo) snap strap, high lift (No points yet) air compressor (Mid range $100)

hope to meet you all soon

Hi and welcome to the site
Nothing at all wrong with the 96 NJ Pajero. It is what I drive and it has taken me a lot of places so far.
Enjoy

Hey Patrick
welcome to Earth. Check out the trips and gatherings section of the forum. SA has it's own section where we keep everyone here informed on whats happening.
Lookout northern suburbs - the south is starting to catch you up.....
Oh and don't worry about the age - there are lots of young bucks in the SA section around your age.
Looking forward to catching up soon.
