Hema running OziExplorer - ' Cannot create track file '

G'day all,
I am running Ozi on the Hema Navigator. Have been doing so for 6 months of so now and apart from the early days, haven't changed any setttings or configurations ( that I know of ) recently.

Went out today and after completing a track, selected ' export track to file ' to save the track for later editing and uploading. Got a message ( in one of those little grey boxes ) saying ' Cannot create track file '.

I tried this a few more times with the same result.

Then tried the following

- Clear track trail, make new trail and try saving.........no luck......same result
- Try a different resolution map of the same area........no luck.....same result
- Reboot system with 'reset' button on the back.........no luck.....same result

I checked all config settings I am familiar with and made sure that the track path was correct ( ended up in the data folder )

Any suggestions as to what hopefully I (and not the Hema) am doing wrong.

It's usually the simplest things, and something I didn't even think to check. While sliding the SD card into the card reader at some stage over the last week or so, must have slid the card lock into the on position thus preventing anything from being written to the card. Thanks to Adventure Guy from GPS Aust for the advice.

That would cause the issue. Glad it was a simple fault.
