I found this forum from 4WD TV, and it's great!
I am only really new to 4Wding, as I bought my first 4x4 last year - working all the time hasn't allowed me to do much as yet, but I hope that will all change soon!
I have a Nissan Navara D22 Dec 2002 build, and have added a GME UHF, IPF 800XS spotties, an ARB canopy and canopy roof rack. Hope to get the suspension and a snorkel done before any large trips in the coming years...
My first venture was through Landcruiser Mountain Park - a great place to start out and to try out your vehicle. I was more than impressed by the Navaras stock features and clearance - I thought the side steps would get a bashing, but they got away unhurt - it was the rear step that got a bashing! That's okay, I'm not too precious, otherwise I wouldn't have bought a 4x4!
In the next couple of years, I hope to make a trip over to WA visiting my cousins in Perth and Broome - they have some places they want to take me!
Anyway, I hope to find lots of fun ideas on this website for future adventures. Keep up the great work 4x4earth!
