It's a 3 metre long 90mm thick slab of Cypress pine a mate had lying around so it soon became mine as he never had a use for it.

GREAT BAR Grumpy, but is it really in a church? My CRAFT desease may be in operative mode, I think I read that somewhwere, anyway it looks fantastic with the stones bottles etc. Like to see the finished product, photos please, or a baptism would be more appropriate I think.

Yes your right what else would you do in a church and it was originally the Crying room where mothers and babies went if the baby started to cry so as not to disturb the service, also the font or baptism bath is still there too.
This is the same area but glass partition removed.

Looking great Grumpy. Said to my patient we should go for a drive to give the crewman a run soon. As with my new job it kinda sits in the driveway. So when we get a weekend free we might drop up and say hi. We have a bit on at the moment nans open day at Como gardens next weekend and a few other events up and comming.
We'll have to make time soon.

Might be time for me to write off another inspection in Melbourne and then head over to Grumpy's place to help christen the bar.
