So I gather you are pushing the pin in to make the transfer case enguage. What about when you select low range. Do you do this manually as well? When I had mine I do recall someone making a lever operation to get 4WD and 4wd Low range. I never had issues with the transfer case actuator so did not investigate further. Trouble is the web site that it was on is now closed and I never bothered to keep that info. Jacden who also had a very modified GW like me might have something. He sometimes gets on here.
