I've read that ARB made them for our market, but where they winch compatible?

I'm not exactly sure what your question is. There are lot's of bulbars that are winch compatible but they require the kit to make them fit. The kit being the reinforced section that fits between the chassis rails where the winch bolts onto. The bar in your photo is obviously winch compatible but would also need the kit to be fitted.
