Could someone explain exactly what this mod is and what does it help? I have seen this is many peoples posts not quite sure?
I have a HZJ105R 100 series LC

Not entirly true that one. There are other reasons behind it. I am about to block my GU 4.2 to stop the crap running back through the engine. I want at least 750K out of this one

You want to block your EGR, it was never anything more than a financial compromise by automakers to meet emmisions laws on older engines. EGR has been proven to be a failure.
