Delo 400

hey all.
Anyone know where to get Delo 400 around Newcastle/Central coast for decent price?
Stuffed up on last oil change and put too much in and don't have quite enough for the next one.
Didn't want to pay $55 for 4L from service station if i could help it.

Its been a long time since I bought any and I drove into Hexham to find that the place I used to get it from no longer exists.

You tried the truck stops? I used to pick up 20L for around 1/2 the price of buying bottles at the servo.

The drums make good workshop seats with a bit of padding too.

Not sure how far this is away from you, but all the Hino truck dealers down
here sell it for a good price.
I was having that much trouble buying it, I actually swapped to castrol RX super.
Now I found a few suppliers at a reasonable price I may consider going back, as it's
still the best mixed fleet available.

Try Metaland/Avro at Ourimbah as well - I know the ones up here have a range of truck and fleet oils.

It's only subjective but I think my engine is quieter with delo 400 than the other Castrol diesel oil I got from supernotsocheap.

IMO. Yes, delo 400 is the best spec'd multi fleet oil available. Find a tech sheet on it
and compare it to anything else and make up your own mind, suitable for most petrol and diesel engines both N/A and turbo, commercial and light.

most Caltex have them in 20l drums but you have to ask ! anywhere from $100- $129 depends on the day i think.
