Yep, before the start of the Reynolds track and past the turn off to Tipperary. 33klm along the Daly road from the Dorat road.

Safe up in the higher pools although I did decline to swim in the bottom pool.... looked way too croccy.....
Mind you I let others go for a swim before I do....

Big dump of rain out Litchfield Park / Batchelor way...... coupla hundred mm. So went out for a Captain Cook this morning.
The Finniss was up, running strong but dropping, so no big deal to cross the flooded bridge... no 'road closed' signs up so all good.
Me and 3 other cars at the whole Park. Gotta love Social Media scaring off Joe Bloggs public... haha.
Its been a p*ss poor wet this year ( so was last year ) so I've had to drive 330klm just to see some rain and water.
Had a bit of a squiz around Batchelor.... really is a pretty time warp of a town with the old houses dating back to the 1950's Rum Jungle Uranium Mine. Lots of huge trees ( courtesy of being far enough inland to not have them knocked down by Cyclones aka Darwin ), lush and green at this time of the year.

Bit of a day trip out to Gunn Point.... p*ssed down rain at 4-5 this morning, 50 or 60mm, so the 10klm off the bitumen was friggen atrocious !
