Duck Creek road is also good, is just outside of Beaudesert

Condamine River track is also a fairly easy drive from Brisbane, inbetween Boonah and Rathdowney

Hey Mate,

Keep us posted on when your heading out. Live on the sunny coast, so an easy drive to meet wherever.

Cheers

There are a few tracks just outside Rathdowney, behind Mt Barney, great for a day trip and having a picnic on top af a mountain with 360 deg views. Can't remember the name of the roads needed off of the top of my head, but if you look in the national parks and wildlife site it should be in it.

Maybe we should plane a day trip up the glasshouse in the near future.
I know a few of the tracks up there but not to many.
I will talk to the wife to see when I am aloud out and I will try to put up a post.

Thats nasty how did you end up like that in the pig pen?

Did you do camp road? That's interesting now it is washed out.

Cheers

well thats a funny story yobbo... we were heading back to the flex section of the track and the rear tyres caught the entrance and dragged the old girl in. water come barreling in. its the worst situation that i've been in.... didnt get a chance to do camp road we spent most of the day on green tracks as i was with a mate just looking for easy stuff. still fun though i dont remember seeing a GU up there. did you get into any trouble while you were there?

No trouble mate. I left it parked up at camp a fair bit and went with the Jeep boys in there rigs they were playing on the red tracks and I wanted to play passanger for a while.

Done a few tracks in the patrol camp road and a few others.

We will have to go up for a weekend in the future.

Cheers

i say just buy dirty weekends there are plenty of day trips in there
we have done 2/3 of them all in a day trip even when they recommend a weekend.
Only the ones like fraser, morton, sundown and burrum coast need more than a day
